    Blind Flanges RF

    REQUEST CALLBACK

    Ask for Price

Our organization is engaged in manufacturing of a wide range of Blind Flanges that is used to close ends of piping systems. It is a kind of round plate with no center hold but with all the proper bolt holes. These flanges are available in various sizes and material and are used to provide positive closer on the ends of pipes, valves or equipment nozzles. Our range helps in easy access to a line once it has been sealed. Further, these are machined to accept a nominal sized pipe to which reduction is being made. This reduction can be a threaded reduction or welded reduction.

    Materials used:

    • Stainless Steel
    • Nickel Alloy
    • Titanium
    • Carbon Steel
    • Cast Iron
    • Brass
    • Bronze
    • Steel
    • Aluminum
    • Polypropylene
    • Silicone
    • PVC

    Features

    • Blind flanges are sometimes supplied with NPT fittings which allow pressure test connections to be fitted.
    • They are used to blank off the ends of pipe.
    • They are also used to blank off the ends of valves and pressure vessel opening.
    • Considering factors like internal pressure and bolt loading, blind flanges, especially in the larger sizes, are the most highly stressed of all types of flanges.
    • Since the maximum stresses in a blind flange are bending stresses at the center, they can safely be allowed to be higher than in other types of flanges.
    • Blind flanges are made to fit standard pipes in all sizes.

    Threaded Flanges

    REQUEST CALLBACK

    Ask for Price

Our range of Threaded Flanges finds applications in various industries. These are special type of pipe flanges that can be attached to the pipe without welding. The threads are tapered in order to create a seal between the threaded flange and the pipe as the tapers approach the same diameter. Sometimes a seal weld is also used together with the threaded connection. They are available in various sizes and materials.

Our range of Flanges are made using high grade material, such as Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel, Cast Iron, Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, Monel, PVC and Thermoplastic.

    Uses of threaded flanges:

    • Threaded flanges can be fitted to pipes of various sizes without welding and this is one chief benefit for which these flanges are highly demanded.
    • They can be used in extremely high pressure applications, particularly at or near atmospheric temperature, where the necessary post weld heat treatment is not possible.
    • They are ideal for small diameter piping applications.
    • They are economical and time saving devices.
    • These threaded flanges are normally designed for non-cyclic applications.
    • The flanges are suitable to be used in applications where welding is hazardous.
    • They can be used in highly explosive areas.

    SS 316 Socket Weld Flanges

    REQUEST CALLBACK

    Ask for Price

The Socket Welding Flanges offered by us is a popular type of pipe flange that was initially developed for use on small-sized high- pressure piping. The fabrication of this type of flange is similar to that of a slip-on flange. Though, the internal pocket of a socket weld flange allows for a smooth bore and better fluid flow. When provided with an internal weld, the static strength of this flange is equal to slip-on flange, but the fatigue strength is 50% greater than double welding slip-on flanges. Smooth bore conditions in such a flange can easily be attained without having to bevel the flange face and, after welding, to reface the socket weld flange as would be required with slip-on flanges. For this reason, the internally welded flange is popular in chemical process piping.

    Material used:

    • Alloy steel
    • Carbon steel
    • Stainless steel
    • Cast iron
    • Rubber
    • PVC
    • Thermoplastics
    • Aluminum
    • Brass
    • Bronze

    Features:

    • The recess on the inside diameter of the socket weld flange allows for a good fit of the pipe allowing for a smooth flow of liquid.
    • Socket welding flanges work well for smaller sizes and higher pressure temperature conditions. They are similar to slip-on flanges, but must specify the schedule of the pipe where they will be used for with socket welds.

    Specifications:
