Our organization is engaged in manufacturing of Welded Pipes that are alloyed with higher contents of molybdenum and nitrogen that improve the corrosion resistance and strength. These are developed using nitrogen alloyed chloride resistant grades in the presented applications are welded with the addition of nitrogen in the shielding gas. The pipes are also welded with filler metal and heat treated as per the specification. These pipes have much higher corrosion resistance than other conventional steel pipes. Our welded pipes are widely used in various industry applications.

Available with us is a wide range of CDW Tubes, which is made by drawing the ERW tubes from the tube mills through a plug and die combination, mounted on the draw bench. The end tagged and annealed tubes are drawn through a closely machined die that controls the outside diameter of the tubes. At the same time the tube passes over a plug that controls the inside diameter. Further, the manufactured tubes are processed by the downstream facilities for different industry applications. Our range includes high precision bobbin tubes, plant fork tubes for auto industry, cylinder bore tubes for shock absorber industry and tubes for pressure applications as in boilers.

317 Stainless Steel Pipe is a molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel with greatly increased resistance to chemical attack as compared to the conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel pipe such as SS 304 and SS 316L. In addition. SS 317 offers higher creep, stress-to-rupture, and tensile strength at elevated temperatures than conventional stainless steel tubing. SS 317 is a low carbon version of SS 317 grade which provides resistance to sensitization during welding and other thermal processes.Stainless Steel 317 is non-magnetic in the annealed condition but may become slightly magnetic as a result of welding.
